New Feature : custom video settings like fps , bit rate , width and height

note : there is an assets file that is used to be merged with video you chose but it is empty , just less than one second and black , also the project saves it into data/user/ path , if any error or bug then change the saving path .

this is a very simple video compressor project

it can Convert 100mb to 10mb without losing quality
