A simple project demonstrating how to make a textview spannable, means the textview can dynamically identify URLs (without linkify), E-mails, @ mentions, phone numbers, etc... this can be achieved by using a library a avilable on GitHub https://github.com/bachors/Android-WordToSpan

dependency of the library is com.github.bachors:Android-WordToSpan:3.1

the moreblock in the project can be used to set colors for all type of clickable! and the moreblock is free to use 🎉
