made some adjustments, still trying to enable blocking of scripts on refresh but for some reason I have to hard code the ad urls to block... maybe I just need to find a big ad hosts file?

finally!!! after many hours of hard work and spending lots of brain cells the solution to blocking ads in sketchware original has become very easy. ads, trackers and any other javascript can be blocked with this method
