My Expense Tracker is a sleek and lightweight app for managing your daily finances. Record any expense or income in seconds by entering the amount, selecting one of 16 color-coded categories, choosing a date, and optionally adding a note.

The home screen gives you a clear overview of your monthly balance, income, and expenses. It also features a budget progress bar showing how much you have left and how many days remain, a breakdown of where your money goes, and a chronological list of all transactions grouped by day.

The Statistics section provides a category donut chart, average daily spending, your largest expense, savings rate, and spending trends over the last six months.

The app supports 12 currencies and allows you to export your financial data as CSV text. All your data stays locally on your device.

Built with Sketchware Pro as a practical and easily customizable project. Every screen uses real components available in the editor, and list items are generated from reusable templates. Simply edit a template to update all its instances.

The application logic is organized into clear Java files for data storage, calculations, and charts.

This project is part of the Codeware Studio community project series. Codeware Studio is a completely free Android development environment designed to let you build Android apps directly from your phone.
