MIDIUM is a MIDI player app with a built-in Piano Roll, its own synthesizer (quite basic), and full track control.

The app automatically detects the time signature, key, and BPM, and can refresh this information in real time if the file changes. It also includes a metronome (still in beta) and several other useful features. Since the project is currently in beta, you may run into some minor bugs.

Note: Files with the .smf extension are not supported yet. If you have a file like song.mid.smf, simply rename it to song.mid (by removing the .smf part) and it should open without issues.
