Just an app which is such as a youtube player.
I found a bug in my video picker that 1 folder missing or the last folder doesn't saved after the scanning is closed. now fixed.

Just an app that publish video such as in youtube but only in your phone database. It just copy the file path and never delete or modify, it's just like a youtube player.
