This project is to demonstrate how shimmer Effect works. Here I have used a dependency to it which you can also find on GitHub.

Dependency: com.facebook.shimmer:shimmer:0.5.0

And you have to add a code in CONVERT section of that perticular linear layout. Code: com.facebook.shimmer.ShimmerFrameLayout
